Forces in a bolt

Hi everyone,

I would need a way to extract the forces on the bolt (tensile,sheer,
bending).....since I should perform a bolt analysis of a joint.

Which element should I use to have the force values in output?!

Could you suggest either a way to do this or to get information about it?
