Process flow software

hello all I am a student taking Process Operations (Power eng) I have been
trying to find a decent computer program for drawing Process flow diagrams
with pre set symbols .. something quick and easy.. any suggestions ? ( Cad
works but is too time consuming)

any advice is appreciated

hi, i've never had to use process flow diagrams but i have successfully
used microsoft visio for many other diagrams. it might have what you are
looking for, searching the microsoft visio web site should get you an
answer.

I have a snitch on Dia

http://www.gnome.org/projects/dia

It runs on Linux and Windows, is easy to use, has UML and can produce code
from diagrams.
